COURSE DESCRIPTION
Summer Baseball School is designed for our summer life in Traverse City. I believe that baseball is America's Sport and I want to be able to pass that love and respect of the sport to your children. Everyone in Northern Michigan knows how precious our summers are, so I have come up with a way to take advantage of our beautiful weather and play lots of baseball but not interfere with family time. Therefore, flexibility to choose the dates that work for your family is key. This class is designed to further your child's baseball knowledge and skills. The first part of each class day will be designed to teach proper stretching and baseball mechanics. Each day we will be demonstrating something different,,, fielding, hitting, pitching, base running to name just a few.
My goal for this entire course would be that we cover virtually every aspect of the sport. The last half of the class day will be the opportunity for the students to play a game and display the amazing skills they have learned. My goal is that your child ends the summer with as much baseball as the pros! The repetitive skills, knowledge, game experience, and sportsmanship is proven time and time again to improve your child's level of play immensely. We hope to see your child there....
